Return:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All items that are on sale are non-refundable. This includes items with free shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@christmassweatersusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

With photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS
We do accept exchanges, but unfortunately, do not have a refund policy. We will accept a return only if the product/garment that was shipped has a manufacturing defect and a full refund will be issued. If the size you ordered does not fit or you want to swap the design/style you bought for a new one, we can offer an exchange and ship the new product to you once we receive the original item back. We can also offer store credit if you decide to skip the holiday season this year and want to come back next year to grab a new style.
You will have to bear the shipping cost while returning the product unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you face any of the following cases then please contact us immediately to submit a claim for a return:
- Delivery is not done
- The package arrives in damaged condition
- Package is defective
We may require evidence such as photographs or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund. It will take 3–5 business days for the request to be completed after your claim is processed and approved. If customers request replacement units or replacement parts then kindly take into your consideration that the fulfillment time duration is based on product availability and accordingly alternatives may be offered.
In either case, the original item should be shipped back to us in the state it was received in, with all the tags on and in an unused condition. If the original garment/product smells of smoke, has been in a dryer or laundry, does not have the tags, or has been tampered with in any way, we will ship it back to you and may charge you additional shipping fees. .
