Warranty Policy


The said limited warranty applies to the only products which are purchased from Christmas Sweaters USA. Christmas Sweaters USA has reserved the copyright to give sole discretion on warranty coverage and availability as considered on a case-by-case basis. Any defects in material or workmanship in new Christmas Sweaters USA products get covered under the warranty policy. The products which are sold by an authorized merchant, retailer, or through official marketplace transactions also get covered under it. In some cases, third-party marketplace retailers may include additional warranty terms that supersede this warranty or are in addition to the terms stated here. From the date of purchase, all products have a 3 months warranty as stated. You can also refer to the Christmas Sweaters USA Return Policy for details on return options during the warranty duration. Restocking fees are 8%.

  • Wrongly used product, or used for commercial purpose, accidents, abuse, neglect, heat and humidity

The above-given limited warranty applies only to products that are licensed and sold by Christmas Sweaters USA. Also, any manuals, media or documentation are licensed and warranted where applicable according to a separate written agreement.

Unless and until the claim is in compliance with all terms of this warranty statement and the proper return process and procedures are followed, Christmas Sweaters USA will not provide any warranty coverage. You can request directly from Christmas Sweaters USA for warranty services. Such request must be made directly to Christmas Sweaters USA about warranty service and it should be made within the warranty periods, any communication past the milestone marks of the warranty (30 day mark and 90 day mark) will not be covered under this warranty policy. We will collect your identity and order information and we will verify the warranty whether it is a valid purchase by a Christmas Sweaters USA representative or not. Later on, Christmas Sweaters USA will verify that warranty service is required or not, a customer may be prompted for additional information or required to decide upon competing alternatives for the resolution. Christmas Sweaters USA also provides facilities for the damaged or defective products returned to us. They must be properly packaged in the original packaging, or packaging provided by us and shipped with the prepaid shipping label.

1) Do you have a warranty for your products?

We offer a 3 months warranty but in some products we may not offer any warranty. Please read the product description for more information. In case there is no information in it, that particular product is not covered under warranty. Kindly keep into your consideration that all accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by a warranty. For example battery, earphones, cable, carry bag, etc. 

2) What conditions does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover product damages that are caused by reasons other than manufacturer’s defects. The warranty does not cover if a product is damaged during delivery, misused, improperly installed, faulty operation, wear and tear, damage to accessories or when a product has been modified or repaired other than by us.

3) Can I transfer the warranty to my friends?

The warranty will not be transferred. So, any warranty claims must come directly from the original buyer.

4) Does the warranty cover replacement?

Please note that the warranty applies only to the original product and is not extended for replacements.

5) How can I provide proof of defects of the products?
