We will gladly exchange an item if you ordered the incorrect size or would like to swap the design for another one. Shipping costs will have to be borne by you for sending the item back and for the new item that we ship out to you. A new item will only be shipped to you once we have received the original item back.
We do not have a return policy and will only offer refunds if there is a manufacturing defect identified in the product shipped to you. In case of any of the following, we urge you to contact us immediately to submit a claim for a return:
- Order does not arrive
- The package arrives in damaged condition
- Package is defective
Returns should be made within 10 days of the product delivery. Evidence of the damage/defect in the form of photos and/or videos may be required to be able to issue a full refund. Refunds may take 3–5 business to be processed after the request has been verified and approved.
In either case, the original item should be shipped back unused, tags in place, in the state it was received in. If the original item has been tampered with in any way, smells of smoke, has been washed/dried, does not have the tags, it will be shipped back to you at additional shipping charges.
Please note that in the case of exchanges or replacement of defected items, fulfillment time duration will be based on product availability and alternatives may be offered in case of unavailability. Store credit is also offered if you decide to skip the holiday season this year and would rather come back next year to grab something from our new collection.
